mounting levin headlights w/o welding?

what are the best known proven ways to mount levin headlights without welding.
i have the oem brackets. but i don't know how to weld nor do i know anyone that welds.
i know of the long bolt method.
i read of holding the oem brackets with rivets.
all suggestions/opinions/flames welcome.

levin lights bolt up no problems levin and truenos both use the same core support. just make sure you have the headlight brackets. i think you can go with out them but it would be best to use them.
