Does anyone know how or has a manual to adjust high idle. My idle is at 1800-2000. Should I take my iacv off and clean it? Thanks

Idle screw all the way down?
If yes, then check the IACV. I think that some have tested it by putting it in hot water and checking if the valve closes. If it still closes, then maybe there is no coolant going to the IACV and you need to check the lines for an obstruction. If it does not close, then replace the IACV with one that does.

Do you know anything about the iacv block off plate. Let's say if I was to use the block off plate. How would I route the 2 water lines that go in the iacv.

^You can loop the 2 lines with a hose union with 2 male ends, or go to checker/o'reillys/vatozone and get a 3/8" hose with a 180* bend to loop the lines (this way is cleaner). Just ask to look at the pre-bent hoses they keep behind the counter and you should fine one; they're a little pricey though.

You happen to be in luck, I just posted up a how-to on how to make a manual IACV using the old one (even how to block it off without having to really buy anything else). Huzzah for easy cold-starts and no more hunting idle!
