lighting problem

I have searched simular threads but nothning that has pin pointed to the same issue im having. Problem is I turn on my headlights they wont open or close. I have raised them manually and the light comes on, interor lights will not dim during this and my tail light will not work. Now when I hit my pariking light switch the tail light come on but interor still doesnt dim, I have replaced the headlight switch and the headlight Retractor Relay. swapped head light and tail light relay still nothing. this is a JDM AE86 a few thing diffrent in the wires but not to much
