Fuel gauge weirdness

My fuel gauge doesn't know what it wants to do. It almost never reads full when I fill up the tank(Usually 3/4) and when it is actually 3/4ths it will go down to half randomly and then slowly come back and at empty I...don't...even...know.

Any advice?

fuel senders on these cars are all old and wonky. what you're experiencing isn't anything that terrible to live with. as long as it reads fine after the 1/2 mark and the low fuel light comes on, just keep on driving and be happy?
