20V coil wire

Postby ae86@661 » Tue Jan 10, 2017 7:59 am

I got the relocator kit from SQ and the 20v runs fine but I didn't buy the extended coil wire though, any idea where I can get extended coil wires or a alternative? As of now I am using 95 4Runner spark plug wires which works fine but the coil wire is still too short to reach my coil and igniter located by the battery.

The extended wire was for cylinder number 4. Not the coil. I used the OEM coil wire and just mounted mine closer to the distributor where the battery used to be.

To be more clear, I did get the extended wire from SQ (after originally not buying it) and did move my leads around so mine might be a little longer than whatever one you are using. But the extended lead is for number 4 according to the SQ site so idk what arrangement you have going on.

That's basically it...I didn't buy the lead wire to the coil from SQ, they charge $40 for 1 wire, I figure at the time there would be other options. As far a the spark plug wire go the 4runners work just fine.
