DON'T BUY MY OLD CAR'S PARTS

Postby carbd7age » Sun Feb 16, 2014 6:17 pm

It's come to my attention that the scumbag kid that has my old AE86 is scamming folks on Club4ag's Facebook page. He's a liar and cheat. If you have already gotten ripped off, I am truly very sorry but I can't help very much. The only info I have is this kid's name and cell number. Here are some pictures of it when I had it. Last I saw, it was painted black.

I know every nut and bolt of the car, and I hate someone is using it to take advantage of this community that gave me so much help and inspiration to build it in the first place.

Worthwhile parts and easy ways to identify them:
Mikuni side drafts - one carb's flange was JB welded
TRD copy intake manifold - forward vacuum port has external square drive brass plug
MR2 distributor just rebuilt - heatsheild is fastened with Allen button head screws (only ones I could find in my toolbox lol)
OBX header - paint peeling.....same as any other faux ceramic coated OBX so not so unique
Illegal Garage flex pipe
Almost brand new GReddy Ti-C exhaust - nice dent/scrape on bottom of the muffler at the leading edge
SSR MK1 14x6.5/7 I forgot the offsets, but I would recognize them anywhere since I spent 2 days to make them look as OK as they are
Fake Sparco seat - small hole cut in bottom of the seat for AE86 OEM seat slider handle to clear
TRD shifter - has a 1-2point set screw instead of one of the pivot rivets, the passenger side if I remember right
Dash is ass
Hatch is ass
Suspension is ass (cut springs)

Sad to see this happen.

Yep. He blew the engine up with only 500 miles after I built it. Nice.

Let's kill him.

And then sacrifice a goat on the hood to begin the purification process.

I'm glad you told me, Craig. I had a bad feeling about the kid from the jump but I was ready to move on. I regret ever dealing with him.

Some scumbag con artist kid in Atlanta that has screwed several people on the Club4ag Facebook page. I traded him my Corolla for an SC400 that has needed tons of work even though he said it didn't need anything and was good to go. All of his friends hate him because he's screwed them all at one point or other. Seriously read this thread, his user name is S14 Silvia btw. He tries to defend himself very terribly lol. Sold his friend a fake bucket seat for $800

Haha that thread has made thus whole situation almost worthwhile. Friggin hilarious. Also I found out what shop the Corolla is at in Atlanta and talked to a dude that is friends with the owner. He hates that Hinter kid and would probably just give the car away. So I gave all the info to the Russian dude. It would be fabulous if the Russian dude went and snatched the Corolla haha.

Eric, since you know where your 86 is, and the shop (where your 86 is currently at) and its owner hates the douchebag anyways and is willing to give the 86 back, can't you just take your 86 back since the the douchebag mis-represented his end of the deal in the first place therefore making the whole swap thing null & void? just a thought.

If you get your old corolla back will the engine, trans, and drivetrain still be included or were they stripped already?

^^^^^ Yeah that's him lol. I don't know about the car, I told the Russian guy to go get it and do whatever he wants with it. If he doesn't want it (which i think he doesn't) I told him I would swoop it up.

Well guys it looks like the guys at 240Atlanta have saved the day and helped me get the word out about this guy. My "Looking for Hunter Broadhead" thread on their site has over 10k views lol. #broadheadscam is a little trendy. Amd now the thread has devolved into people internet humping Hunter's mom and older sister. Seriously good read. And seriously karma will come back and rape your family online. Ah good times....

And it really doesn't look like the thread will ever get locked or deleted. I mean, over half of the poster would have been perma-banned on other forums lol. I think the mods and admins are in there lol.

Lol I don't know what is going on haha. I totally want it back. I'm getting conflicting information but now everything is starting to point towards some real criminal activity. I ain't fixin to catch a charge so i'll stay out of it. All the 240Atlanta guys made it sound like the shop guys were holding it hostage. But I talked to them and they said they don't have it and haven't seen it in weeks. I was going to pay to get it out of hock but they say it's gone. From what I gather, it certainly didn't drive off lol.

Dude carbd, I am so sorry about all the hell you are going through with this thing and this stupid kid that bought it.

There is a reason that the previous owner of my car refused to sell it to anyone under 25 lolol
