Fuel Pump wiring at the tank

Postby Billy_Andrea » Wed Jul 30, 2014 5:56 pm

Hello all,

I'm in the final stages or wiring & was hoping someone could tell me what each of the individual wires in the two fuel pump / sender connectors does.
It'll really help with integrating the new chassis harness into the oem Corolla stuff....
Additionally, which one is the pump & which one is the sender. I only need the pump & will leave the sender as is.

Thanks in advance !!

directly underneath the cover is a fuel level sender. The other harness will go to the fuel pump

Hi Billy, the yellow connector is for the fuel pump and the blue/black wire comes from the circuit opening relay.
The white/black wire is Earth

White with black stripe on the 86 chassis is ground, not just at the pump.
