For sale: OST-105, a 2nd gen standard valve bigport head. Fully ported, and rebuilt using new viton rubber valve seals, and BC valves springs (good for cams with upto 10mm of lift)

nicely polished cam journals, and deburred casting



middle of port work, bowl 5(left) now nicely shaped, and bowl 4(right) not yet begun

WOW, that spring comp., you've spent a LOTTA time with it even if you do the removal with a hammer & socket!
Weld a nut & use your drill??

The surface has been machined... .004". I'll get a photo tomorrow.....
