Random parts to get the corolla running

Got a short list of random parts that I need to source in order to get the missile running.

-an s13 ka24de uncut wiring harness
-an exhaust manifold or header for a ka24de
-Cressida (or similar) fuel pump
-s13 maf

There might be something else but that's all I can think of at the moment.
