4AGZE CAS rebuild kit
Is there any DIY way of rebuilding the CAS instead of getting the kit?

All the parts should be available from industrial bearing and seal suppliers.
You just need to give them the details... maybe take the CAS in with you so
the sshop can measure the O-ring grooves to make sure you get the correct
size. The O-rings become distorted after a few thousand heat cycles

Nothing unusual about a 10 x 20 x 5 shaft seal. Tell your supplier to try harder
