He used it to fill in between the runners so that it's solid in between the smallport intake runner openings. You can see on it where the bigport gasket was sitting, and the ports were partially blocked by the epoxy. Yeah :?

I'd say someone is better off using one of the smallport to bigport adapter plates out there than doing this.
