FS or TD: RARE: 14x6" Takechi project racing wheels (Hart)

Super rare wheels, only ever seen 2 sets, I havent seen any here in Japan either. Hard to find. could use repainting, or a strip and polish. Pics on my JDM corolla (sorry the picture is washed out)
no tires- $700 obo OR TRADE FOR SOME 4x100 wheels
all 4 Shipped anywhere in the USA
