Please help me ID this engine

Looks line a ae92 4agze with dli and a cas. Nice find.

Thanks tchybrid - so, I guess this makes it a 2nd generation 4AGZE (145HP not the 165HP one)?

145 HP was the aw11 GZE, i believe this should be 165hp.

Actually that's the same as a US MR2 GZE engine.

The giveaway is the AFM. The early ae92 JDM GTZ had the same motor as the MR2 supercharged but with DLI and no dizzy (cam angle sensor in place).

Internals are the same.... 8.0:1 compression, early s/c, smaller stock pulley.... so if it's stock it's the 145hp variant.

The higher hp version came in the later ae92's and the ae101's with the CAS/DLI and map based.... smallport motor with the newer s/c pulleys and 8.9:1 compression.
